Residential and commercial lots

All construction must be approved by the Council. For guidance use information contained in the Temora Shire Council's Development Control Plan 6

Residential

Residential lots allow for the construction of a hangar and a dwelling or tourism related building on the same lot. There are no “residence only” blocks on the estate.

Commercial

These include hangar only blocks adjacent to the residential sites, plus other sites throughout the estate marked as commercial. No residential use is permitted on these block with the exception of some Tourism related developments as approved by the Temora Shire Council.
